This strange humanoid stands before you, a dark blue glow emanating from their eyes. The stare impassively through you, seeing you as nothing but an insignificant gnat in their way. then with a lunge of power, they attack.
The Voices of The Damned are the generals of Setralus's forces. They are the ones who command the Talons, deal with other mortals and pretty much do all her work. They bow only to the Eyes, and rightly so, for few have the power to stand up to a Voice when they bring their wrath down upon you. Made up of creatures of any humanoid race or size they can be anyone and anywhere, masquerading as mere mortals or ruling kingdoms at their mistresses behest. Often a party has gone forward determined to defeat evil, only to find that their closest ally has manipulated them into doing Setralus's dirty work.
Combat
Voices are proud and arrogant beings. They will never stand down from a confrontation and also enjoy humiliating their foes. They will swiftly debilitate them using their psionic powers and then tear them apart using their unnatural strength.
Damage Reduction 10/magic: Voices are resistant to most damage, and only magic can defeat their demonic aura.
